What’s Included?

Terms and Conditions

• Full terms and conditions are available HERE.
• We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer.
• Bed Linen and Bath Room Towels are provided, but please bring your own pool towels and Tea towels
• Book by contacting us, a deposit of 25% will be required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment for your holiday will be required 6 weeks prior to your arrival
• A security deposit will be required on arrival to ensure against accidental damage
• We would expect you to depart by 10am (local time) and you can arrive from 4 pm
• Change over day is nominally Saturday, but contact us if you require other days
• Pets are allowed but additional charges may apply.
• A final cleaning deposit will be required.

Taxe de Sejour is not included in our rental prices and is payable, in cash, on arrival.
French law now demands that we ask every guest to complete (on arrival) a personal registration form
